These floors are 100% waterproof so you never have to worry about accidents or spills.
The planks come in a size of 7x48” and are protected with a 20 mil commercial-grade version of CrystaLux that protects against everyday wear and tear. The planks also come with a pre-attached backing, making these planks quiet and comfortable to walk on.
When it comes to installation, these floors can be installed at all grade-levels. Whether these floors are used for a commercial or residential space, they will stand the test of time. Planks can be installed using an easy-install locking system.
The MSI Surfaces Andover collection comes with a 15 year Lifetime Limited Residential warranty and a 10 year Limited Commercial warranty. It also comes with a Lifetime Limited residential warranty.
The MSI Andover Collection
The MSI Andover Collection is made up of eight stunningly deep and contrasting colors. The floors have a cream, luxurious appearance to them and overall give a space a very contemporary feel.
Abingdale is a warm, chestnut brown floor that adds an inviting feel to a space. This warm blend of light browns, cherry browns, and chestnut browns blends together to create a floor that overall has a slightly rustic appearance to it. MSI Andover Hatfield is a blend of warm, chestnut browns with slightly lighter browns throughout. Knots and grains throughout give this floor a slightly rustic, antique appearance.
Blythe is a warm, contemporary blend of light, neutral brown tones, blondes, and light greys. This blends together to create a sleek and contemporary blend. MSI Andover Highcliffe Greige is a blend of light greys and warm, creamy beige. There is also a slight touch of mid-tone browns throughout. This blend of creamy tones creates a floor that has a luxurious appearance to it.
Bayhill Blonde is a blend of light blondes and light greys with warm brown tones throughout. This floor is perfect for an open kitchen or living room space that receives a lot of light. The subtle grains and knots that run throughout the floor give this floor an authentic, natural wood look.
Dakworth is a bold and dramatic floor. A blend of dark charcoal black tones and weathered, ashy greys, this floor has an overall contemporary appearance to it. The contrast between the two tones is stunning and creates a dynamic floor that makes a statement in any space.
On the lighter side of things, there is Kingsdown Gray and Whitby White.
Kingsdown Gray is combination of soft grey tones and weathered mid-tone greys. This contrasting blend comes together to create a floor that looks aged while also being incredibly contemporary
