Qualityflooring4less has negotiated great volume discounts with the major freight carriers which are passed on directly to you. Some of our manufacturers have set flat fee shipping which helps make delivery more economical for our customers. Flat fee shipping options are noted on the item page.
When we receive your order and schedule it to be shipped, our logistics team will e-mail or call you with a tracking number along with the customer service number of the carrier within 48 hours. With this information you can then call and make arrangements for delivery or pick up. Shipping time is usually between 5-7 days from the time your order leaves our warehouses to the continental United States. Shipping time is longer to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
Shipping orders to Canada, as well as Alaska and Hawaii, is easy and economical. Most of our manufacturers have warehouses across Canada as well as the US. Since your goods are originating from the US, you will not be paying any duties or other fees.
All shipments unless otherwise stated on your invoice are business to business with curb side delivery. Shipping times may vary by product. If you are on a deadline, just let your sales representative schedule your shipment.

Did you know that most manufacturers have warehouses in nearly all major cities? This allows you, the customer, to pick up your order within days and avoid paying shipping or freight on your order.

Residential Delivery
- Any location that does not have a loading dock is considered a residential location. Home-based businesses are considered residential deliveries.
- Additional costs are applied by trucking carriers when shipping to residential addresses; they are required to change to smaller trucks in order to deliver to limited access areas.
- ALL ORDERS ARE CURBSIDE DELIVERY. The drivers are unable to enter your home, and it is your responsibility to move all materials into the home. If you require assistance in unloading your order, please arrange for lift gate / inside delivery services for an additional fee when you place your order.
Business DeliveryAll business deliveries must:
- Be in a non-residential area (Home-based businesses do not qualify for business delivery)
- Provide area and parking for delivery truck.
- Be able to accept deliveries until 5:00PM local time.
Freight Terminal Pick Up- Customers may pick up their order at any of the freight terminal pick-up locations across the country.
REMEMBER, NO MATTER WHAT DELIVERY METHOD YOU USE, SOMEONE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR IT!
Additional ServicesInside delivery is available but is an additional fee and must be mentioned and ordered prior to your delivery. Additional services such as lift gate etc. should be priced out prior to delivery and additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Qualityflooring4less will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of customer add-ons. Any additional fees incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer. All re-consignment, re-delivery fees or any other fees which may result from falsifying statements regarding delivery location will be the responsibility of the customer. Whoever accepts the delivery

ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR ORDER BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT. You are responsible for ensuring that your order is correct and complete. You will be provided with a detailed checklist of your order at the time of delivery.
In the rare event that any materials are damaged or missing, you or whomever is accepting your delivery on your behalf must note this on the driver’s bill of lading. If damaged or missing items are not noted on the delivery receipt, or you refuse to allow the freight company to inspect the materials, we will be unable to file a claim with the carrier. We are unable to reship or reimburse you for damaged/missing materials unless they are noted on the delivery paperwork. Keep all paperwork, packaging and damaged merchandise, as it becomes property of the freight carrier once the claim is filed. Never refuse a delivery or fail to accept any undamaged cartons, or you will be charged for return shipping and a 25% handling charge. Any damage that you fail to notice at time of delivery must be reported to QualityFlooring4less within 14 days of delivery.
You will only be covered for damaged cartons/merchandise that has been noted on the driver’s bill of lading. Qualityflooring4less has partnered with the very best freight carriers. Claims are extremely rare (less than one half of one percent of all orders shipped). In the event that there is an issue with your order, we will work closely with you to ensure a speedy resolution.
REMEMBER YOU ARE COVERED AS LONG AS YOU HAVE NOTED ANY DAMAGED/MISSING CARTONS OR ITEMS ON THE DRIVERS BILL OF LADING AT TIME OF DELIVERY.
Order, Cancellation and Returns Policy
Your order will usually be placed within 30 minutes. We process and ship the majority of our orders within
24-48 hours. Should you wish to cancel your order and your product is already on a truck to your delivery location, you assume responsibility for all applicable restocking fees and freight costs. Special order, discontinued flooring or non-stock flooring orders are not subject to cancellation. Special orders are considered non-stock items from distributors that have to be trucked in from the manufacturer. Once the distributor places a custom order from the manufacturer, there are no cancellations on that order as Qualityflooring4less is obligated to purchase that flooring.
ALL cancellations and returns must first be approved by QualityFlooring4less. No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that has been issued by your sales representative. An RMA must be obtained within 14 days from date of delivery. Orders returned without an RMA will not be accepted, and you will be charged return freight on your order.
In the rare event you should change your mind after receiving a delivery of flooring,
we offer a full refund less a 25% restocking charge and shipping costs.
As mentioned previously Special orders or Custom milled hardwood flooring orders cannot be returned.
For Returns, including Overage of Products, these Steps Must Be Followed:
- You must notify QualityFlooring4less within 14 days from receipt of delivery if you wish to return merchandise. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. at (866) 705-1340 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused, and the customer will be charged for any return shipping fees. Return authorization numbers will only be issued up to thirty (30) days after receipt of delivery. No returns will be issued after thirty days.
- You will receive a full refund less a 25% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees.
- We can only take back five (5) or more full, unopened and undamaged cartons. QualityFlooring4less cannot accept returns on flooring that has been installed, pieces or opened boxes. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with insurance and the RMA. The customer is responsible for returning merchandise to the original shipping location and any return shipping costs. All accessories must be included; the cost of any missing accessories will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
- Please note that we do not accept returns on moldings, trim, underlayment, adhesives, or other accessories, or on non-stock / special / discontinued orders.
- If you receive the wrong product from our manufacturers please return the product with RMA in its original packaging. In this instance, you will be reimbursed for return freight charges.
- Refunds will be issued by company check within 3-5 business days upon verification of the material being returned meeting the above conditions.
- At QualityFlooring4Less, customer satisfaction is a priority. We will do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your order.
