Every product sold on our site come with the full manufacturer's warranty. Qualityflooring4less is a “brick and mortar” retailer with several locations across the U.S., so there is no difference between buying locally or online. The only real difference is the money you save.
Less than 1 percent of our orders ever have delivery issues. Sometimes the boxes may have some scuffing due to normal transportation occurrences. And in the rare event there is a damaged box or two, just note this on the Bill of Lading and we will remedy the situation for you.
Order or Shipping Delays
Despite using some of the best carriers in the industry, pick ups and transit times sometimes have slight delays. This is very unusual and Qualityflooring4less has worked hard to develop policies and procedures to get orders moving once we receive confirmation from our customers. While we canít guarantee delivery dates (unless arranged prior with the carrier), our shipping and logistics team stays in constant communication with our customers to let them know if there is ever a slight delay. Almost all of our orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Since Qualityflooring4less only sells trusted name-brand flooring, there is never an issue receiving exactly what you ordered. All manufacturers have specific SKU numbers or model numbers assigned to their products. In addition, our descriptions are provided from the manufacturers and mention specific details such as series, sizes, colors, etc. to make sure you know exactly what you are receiving.
