With Mohawk's TecWood technology, these floors are extremely durable while also being very easy to maintain thanks to built-in stain protection. Floors in this collection are 40% more impact and dent resistant than traditionally engineered floors. Each plank is finished with a Crystal Shield Aluminum Oxide. This finish gives the floors an extra protectant layer against scratches, dents, and scuffs.
When it comes to installation, these floors can be installed in a variety of ways, giving you more choices and options. Whether you want to install these floors using the glue down, staple, nail, or float option, installation will not be an issue.
The Metropolitan Chic Collection comes with a 50 year Residential Finish warranty and a 5 year Light Commercial warranty.
