COREtec Pro Plus
Each COREtec Pro Plus plank comes with advanced technology that creates flooring that is durable and visually stunning. For protection against excessive wear and stains, each plank has a 20 mil wear layer. This makes overall cleaning and maintenance a lot easier. The planks have a layer of vinyl and print film on them that features on-trend designs that characterize the surface. This creates vinyl flooring that resembles real hardwood flooring. The COREtec SPC Core is a rigid core that offers superior impact and dent resistance. The SPC core has a high calcium carbonate content in it for extra rigidity. Each plank also comes with an attached cork underlayment that provides sound dampening, absorbs subfloor imperfections and resists mold and mildew.
The luxury vinyl flooring from the COREtec pro plus collection is waterproof, kidproof, and petproof. These floors can endure everyday wear and tear.
The COREtec Pro Plus collection comes with a lifetime limited residential wear warranty. It also comes with a structural, waterproof, and petproof warranty. For commercial spaces there is a ten year wear warranty.
When it comes to installation these floors can be installed using the float or glue down method. When it comes to needing to replace flooring, the glue down method is easier to have as planks can be removed and replaced individually. The floating method require the removal of multiple planks when it comes to repairs.
When it comes to the environment these floors are Greenguard certified. Companies that meet the Greenguard certification meet some of the most rigorous, third-party chemical emissions standards. These floors are nontoxic and help create healthier indoor environments.
