How to shop online:

Welcome to Shopping is easy, convenient, and secure. Simply select the flooring you want to purchase and follow the instructions below:
  • Step One:

    • Select your product you wish to purchase.

    • Then choose the quantity needed.

    • Select your desired shipping or free pick up option as shown in the Shipping Option tab.

    • Click the Add To Cart/Shipping Quote button to continue and see shipping options or pick up locations.

  • Step Two:

    • If your product has free shipping or a flat rate shipping charge this will be displayed with the shopping cart summary. Just choose your payment method to complete your purchase.

    • If a shipping quote is needed, complete the shipping information needed and click Submit Quote to see shipping rates and delivery options for your purchase. Choose your selection or warehouse location and proceed to checkout page

  • Step Three:

    • After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. An e-mail confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at 510-698-5142 or via e-mail to for assistance.

At Qualityflooring4less, we understand how important security is to you. When you place an order at Qualityflooring4less, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.

Item availability

Most items are in stock and available to ship! If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Usually less than one week! Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that in the rare event your flooring cannot be delivered in a timely manner you will be issued a full and immediate refund. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at 510-698-5142 and we will be happy to assist you.

Promotion/offer codes

REDEEMING OFFER CODES. Simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Offer Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page.
Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.

Sales tax

We collect state sales tax on orders being will-called or picked up at distribution centers when required by law in that state. Not all states require us to collect sales tax - If you have questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to Contact Us.

* For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

Where is my order?

Qualityflooring4less starts processing your order as soon as we receive confirmation. Once shipment or pick up information is available an e-mail will be sent with the pertinent information regarding your order.
Customers can always e-mail at any time for an up-to-the-minute order update as well.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Order inquiries

When you click on Order Tracking you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and order information. An order update e-mail will provide you with detailed information about your current order. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be e-mailed to you. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 510-698-5142. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to our return/exchange policy.
